On January 25, returning home from a long-distance business trip, we made an order in advance (3.5 hours in advance for 20:00 pm), at 20:15 I called the delivery service, they said they would call back in a couple of minutes... no one called back...after 40 minutes, my husband began calling from his number and got through after another 10 min, to which the operator replied to him-wait!!! The question is, how much longer to wait? As a result, the order was delivered at 20:55, when I didn't even want to eat..This is the first time we have seen such delivery and service!! According to the product itself, it was concluded that no one in the city of Vitebsk knows how to make delicious sushi and rolls! And for a lot of money.So draw conclusions about the service in our city.

We ordered sushi from Sushi at Home First, the wait for delivery took more than two hours, which in itself is unacceptable. Secondly, and this is the most annoying thing, the sushi arrived cold and, apparently, not in the best condition. An error with the order, of course, happens, but the combination of delay and poor quality of the dish is completely unacceptable.I do not recommend it. Extremely disappointed.

I had sushi with a cheese cap, and due to the condition of the package and box, the sushi should have been at least not the temperature "from the refrigerator", well, at least lukewarm. out of 24 pieces of sushi and barely managed to master 6.the remaining 18 and 40 (almost) rubles flew into the trash. We ordered the BEST set.
Soy sauce and spice were ordered. There is less than half of it in soy sauce. Spicy is almost at the bottom. Sushi is not a big size. The view of the sushi leaves much to be desired.
Sesame with a musty taste of some kind.
The desire to eat disappeared - the whole set was thrown away. Thanks!
It would be better to continue ordering sushi at Volna.

The courier just made my day...since I am in the hospital with a child, naturally I cannot leave the hospital building. The courier told me to go to the barrier, I refused, to which I heard the phrase in an indolent voice: "we don't go to hospitals." How was I supposed to know that? Do you have it written somewhere? Or maybe you didn't forget to warn your customer about this on the phone? Okay, okay, she drove into the territory and went up to the reception hall. And then it started : "Actually, for the future, we don't go to hospitals, we can't, so you came out in a mask, and I without a mask, etc."... To say that I was stunned is to say nothing... and who prevented the courier from putting on a mask??? In general, it's terrible... I won't order any more. And this is your "actually" money.

The main thing is that the composition includes sushi with tuna. Tuna passed by the sushi, but did not hit them, there was not even a hint. There is rice, there is avocado, there is no tuna, alas. We ordered a set lunch and a calzone. The composition of the lunch on the website: fish soup, French fries, nuggets, ketchup and branded bread. They brought us : fish soup (thanks for at least something from the menu) some kind of incomprehensible salad (the smell is strange) , potatoes are cold and wrinkled in a rustic way, 1 cold cutlet.
The calzone was not brought at all.

Yesterday I ordered sushi at this eatery, bring them on time.
But when I opened the bag with the dried ones, the stench was such that I had to ventilate the entire apartment. The fish was rotten, and they themselves were terrible!!!
And then it was the most fun when I started calling and telling what was brought to me, the monitors told me: the dispatcher said okay, we'll pick them up and hung up, and told me when it would be and in how long, but I'm generally silent about the apology. As a result, no one called me, I decided to dial 15 minutes after the first call and they told me: they will pick up these roles when they can, other clients are our priority, and what was already 22:00 was not important to anyone and they also hung up.
In the end, they still came, took these stinkers and gave me the money for the order.
What can I say about this diner:
1. The most terrible service in the world
2. Boorish attitude towards the client.
3. They make products from the most rotten and spoiled fish.
4. The only normal employee there is a courier
