I ordered sushi from them 20-30 times, everything was always OK, but recently I got a stone in the rolls - politely described the problem, sent them a photo. The next day they called back and said that they would only put a label "additional quality control" on my number, they did not offer any discount or refund, they said that this was not the company's policy. This option seemed irrelevant to me. It's a shame, draw your own conclusions. I don't think they would have become impoverished from my 40p, but they wouldn't have lost the client.

I ordered sushi through Yandex. Food.there was a pickup.
To taste: we have not eaten such disgusting, not fresh dried fruits for a long time. They ate 30% percent and everything went into the trash.why 30%? There were 4 or 5 different types of sushi in the set, so we tried one at a time, there were hopes that suddenly at least one kind would be edible and cooked properly.but unfortunately, this set was ruined all over, and how was the evening in other things
There are three options why this is so:
1-sushi is cooked in the morning and stupidly sold not very fresh (the order in Yandex was at 20:00 approximately)
2- the sushi chef must get his work permit and no longer work at this place
3-well, it's possible for Yandex. food and pickup, no one really tries and option 1 goes in conjunction with option 2.
Bottom line: the evening is ruined, we will definitely never order from this network, as I will not advise anyone.
I hope with my comment I will save other people's evening and people will not order food in this shop
