Today we came to celebrate the birthday of our son. Maintenance at the bottom. No one cleans the table, we were the first, came to the opening, waited an hour for the order. Desserts that were already ready were carried for another 30 minutes. Instead of spoons, they brought forks and again 30 minutes of waiting. The waiter did not respond to requests. The orders that were ordered did not arrive.
They ordered dessert, asked to light a candle in the cake, but they didn't give it either. The birthday is ruined.
The administrator is not in place during business hours. They said it won't be soon. They didn't give me the complaint book, and they didn't give me the administrator's number either. I ask you to take measures and inform me about them. When the check is for 11,000 SOM, then you want the appropriate service

I came on a business trip from Moscow, the hotel advised excellent cafes nearby. This is one of them. What should be noted is a professional team, attentive to the guest. I won't say that the order is delivered very quickly, but Friday evening is probably the point. The focus is Japan. The salad is delicious, the rolls are without zest, but pleasant. My family and I love this restaurant. When we visit Bishkek, we definitely go into it. Their udon with shrimp is just super. And the breaded bean salad is very tasty. In short, the kitchen copes with its responsibilities wonderfully.
