We arranged gatherings with a large company, ordered a Large hot kilogram, Baltic, pizza from two halves and one Philadelphia roll.
The order was well received, they said delivery within an hour and a half, the order arrived about an hour and 20 minutes later

What's it got to do with me? That's probably your problem. You have confirmed that you will be able to deliver the order at 17.30, and it has not even been assembled yet. It's just some kind of disregard. Hire more employees, or something, or set other delivery dates.

When a new restaurant opens in the city, everyone expects high-quality cooked food and top-level service from it. Unfortunately, I cannot say this about the Sushi Tuna restaurant. After learning that a new establishment had opened, they decided to place an order with delivery. Ah, now for more details.
The order was placed through the website, after 20 minutes they called back, clarified the address and confirmed that the order would be delivered at the stated time of 20:30. But the order was not delivered at the appointed time and after 5-10-15; 20 minutes it was not there. After 40 minutes, the order was delivered to us. After seeing the so-called sushi, the mood was spoiled. They didn't look very good, it was obvious to the unarmed eye that the rice was crumbling, the cheese in the sushi was only as an ingredient in the composition, there was practically no such thing in the sushi itself, the fish in Philadelphia was 0.5 mm thick, it just glowed, Bonito was not clear what it was made of and the taste was not very good.Tempura is not clear in which breadcrumbs were fried.
I do not recommend this place!!!

The answer of the year is high workload, you will get a call back. I wait another hour, at 17.48 I call myself - I GOT THROUGH! It turns out my order hasn't even been processed yet. They offered to duplicate the order by phone. Okay, I repeated the order. I'm waiting. And again, everything is gone!!! At 20.25 I started calling again! They picked up the phone only 14 times! They said that the order would be delivered soon, the courier left. And a miracle, the order arrived as early as 21.56!!!!! 5 and a half hours!!! It was possible to go to another city to eat rolls!!! And it would be fine if the rolls were worth it, BUT the rolls from the Wild Suite section are a nightmare!!! Where's the fish? She was half gone!!! And even some of the rolls had very thin pieces! The rice is undercooked, the rolls are not tightly rolled. Tough mango, insanely hard and tasteless! A spoiled avocado that has started to rot! It is decorated with withered greens on top! I had to look for fish in these rolls!!! The luxury rolls did not report a set of toppings. I'm not asking you for food for free, I'm paying money for it! And far from 3 rubles!!! And I got undercooked rice without the taste of fish!!! I wrote on Instagram that I forgot to put the sauces. I was offered a discount of as much as 10%!!!! I wrote all the comments for the order and silence again!!!! They read it and did not respond!!! Just a top level!!! With such an attitude and with such "food", the establishment will have the same fate as the "Dryer", which has closed. It's called expect and reality....
