Hello.I have never written reviews or complaints....But now I had to do it.Yesterday, 02/14/12, I made an order by phone at 14.16 and immediately received its confirmation.I specified the delivery time at 20.30, it was convenient for me.But after that time, the order did not reach me.I called the stake three times.the center, I found out about my order.The first time I called, the girl said she would call the courier and then contact me within half an hour, so no one called me back.I dialed the same number again and the same girl said that she would call the courier again, I asked her to call me back to clarify when to wait for the order. I waited for her call and she told me that in half an hour the courier with the order will be with you.I also asked her what I get for the penalty, she replied with a free portion of sushi.I was delighted...BUT to my great regret, after half an hour the courier did not arrive.I called, the third time in the stake.the center and another girl told me that she would contact the courier once again.All my call prints are there, if possible, you can pick them up.I no longer hoped that my order would arrive, but at exactly 23 hours and a couple of minutes the courier arrives. I ordered delivery from the website . It's a pity that the guys in 2021 have terrible quality. All the dried ones were missing a part of the nori on the bottom of the product. A portion of wasabi is minimal!!! It tastes barely spicy. There was little filling and there was a strange taste of "Washiki maki" stale fish. I do not recommend ordering from the website. The courier delivered everything on time!
