The operators are just disgusting!they transfer responsibilities to each other, send them for documents (and without even thinking why, as they say, just to send them away), and they will come up with why to send them away!and it's not funny, pure lazy people, they talk as if I'm not paying them, but I'm demanding something from them!!!although I noticed the sign hanging near the door, the subscriber is always right!but I didn't notice that))I spent a lot of money on a taxi, ran for 5 days in a row (then they send for one document after another, then for a third), I was just terribly nervous...!!!
