Dresses were provided anyway, they were not pinned in any way from places where it is large and were not even clamped with their hands in any way to show how it really can be.
I was not allowed to get off the small round podium, so you, like me, will not understand exactly how you feel in this dress.
A MAN! When you stand behind the curtain in only your underpants, it is very annoying that a man walks calmly throughout the salon and it is not even clear whether it is the owner, an employee or a security guard, but it is clear that he adds severe discomfort
About the ban on photo and video shooting, it's just no comment🙈
When I came out of there, I immediately told my friend that it felt like mud had been poured over me. So if you are in the mood for a cool and magical event, in the face of a wedding dress fitting, then you are clearly not in Versailles!

The impression of this salon is simply terrible! Not only did no one greet me when I entered the salon, although the consultant saw and heard me perfectly, she also pretended that there was absolutely no one near the reception. I arrived a little earlier than the scheduled dress fitting time. In front of me was a girl who was actually at the stage of choosing. So, my appointed fitting time is coming, the girl is still at the selection stage, and I'm ALREADY in a bad mood (due to the way I was "kindly greeted") I continue to wait. As a result, this girl finishes fitting and leaves. (There would have been no questions if a consultant had approached me, greeted me first and asked me to wait a bit). Next, of course, no one invites me to sit on the sofa near the fitting area (all this time I was sitting near the entrance / reception), I got up myself and went to sit on that sofa (still with the belief that I will now be offered decent dress options). LO AND BEHOLD, I was noticed by asking a question about what kind of dress I would like (this question was asked with some arrogance/aggression in my voice). When I started talking about what I wanted, the consultant decided that the floor was very dirty and needed to be wiped right now. Well, fortunately, my nerves are fine, I waited until it was over. They did start showing me the dress options, but very reluctantly (each option literally took 2-3 seconds, without asking me if I would like to try it on or not). There was also a complaint to me, "Well, you don't say that you want to try this on, how will I understand!?", but I don't have time to see what kind of dress is there. In the end, I still tried on a few options. At the moment when I was trying on the second dress, the consultant decided that she urgently needed to go somewhere, she came after about seven minutes (of course, I was standing all this time in the dress that I actually tried on) . Also about the photo and video shooting. I honestly don't understand why I can't take MYSELF off in a dress that I liked. Obviously, when a bride chooses a dress, she is not limited to one salon, but is looking for the very one. This is exactly what photo and video shooting is for, to review and understand whether it is or not (Or if it is not possible to come with a person who will help you choose, send just this photo or video).
In general, this place is definitely not for vivid impressions of choosing the most important outfit of the bride. In my humble opinion, this is the BOTTOM.

Due to the high load of the salon, the service suffers terribly.
I applied to Versailles to have a dress made according to my design. The employee wrote that "the designer does not see that it will be beautiful and cannot help with sewing."
Versailles could not provide a general drawing to show what it would look like in the end, nor could he offer other options.
Word of mouth works great in this kind of business to attract customers. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon. There are more pleasant salons and sewing workshops where they know how to conduct a dialogue with the client.
