Beautiful interesting dresses, a nice girl manager, a good salon inside. But there are a couple of "buts" that cover all the advantages. During the entire fitting, you are under the relentless supervision of an unnamed man, whom no one introduced and he did not introduce himself. We still didn't understand if it was a designer, an administrative employee, or just a security guard. The same man very often notes that photos and videos are prohibited (although this is strange. I think brides who have visited a lot of salons will understand that this does not help the choice at all - you just forget dresses in a stream of other similar white dresses), arguing that somehow one girl photographed the dress, and then sewed a "pathetic fake" in another salon. Also, despite the fact that we immediately said that we were considering a purchase and did not look at the price, as long as it was "Wow", the same man constantly emphasized that, in fact, dresses are very expensive. For such a high price, as the man correctly noted, I, as a client, would like a more pleasant and polite service.

If you imagine that trying on a wedding dress is a cool event, then this is clearly not about this salon! I said that I am considering both renting and buying, the main thing is that I like the dress. The normal attitude disappeared immediately. Dresses were provided anyway, they were not pinned in any way from places where it is large and were not even clamped with their hands in any way to show how it really can be. I was not allowed to get off the small round podium, so you, like me, will not understand exactly how you feel in this dress. A MAN! When you stand behind the curtain in only your underpants, it is very annoying that a man walks calmly throughout the salon and it is not even clear whether it is the owner, an employee or a security guard, but it is clear that he adds severe discomfort About the ban on photo and video shooting, it's just no comment🙈 When I came out of there, I immediately told my friend that it felt like mud had been poured over me. So if you are in the mood for a cool and magical event, in the face of a wedding dress fitting, then you are clearly not in Versailles!

The impression is twofold. From the start, they did not warn that the salon specializes only in tailoring-that is, they do not make a fit for you. Either the dress that is in the salon fits on you, or you need to sew. There is no third option. I was confused by the rule that you can't take pictures-the last century is some kind, to be honest. As I understand it, this is due to the fact that the bride can go to some other place and sew a dress based on the photo. Does the salon not post photos of its dresses on social media?networks? Or is it also forbidden for brides in their dresses to post photos for everyone to see?🫠 Aggressive marketing was immediately launched: "We are the only ones, we work with such luxury fabrics - you can't imagine! And yet, we sewed such dresses wherever they were! For 2.5k dollars, can you imagine! And what is your budget?" After such an attitude, I immediately wanted to complete the fitting))) It was uncomfortable and uncomfortable, although I won't say that I was looking for a budget dress. I was in Minsk in general in five salons, I encountered such an attitude and service only here, although there are salons in the city at a higher level and they do not allow themselves to do this.

Girls, if you do not want to experience extreme stress before the wedding, I do not advise you to contact this salon. Disgusting staff. Especially the director, her husband and the seamstress Irina. I was insulted and accused of "picking on" a $800 dress! The sleeve was one longer, I had it redone within 3 hours and was told that I was coming up with norms, by the way, at the final fitting.One day before the wedding

A very good wedding salon and wonderful staff. They fulfill any whims of even the most demanding clients like me). Gorgeous dresses. In this salon, I found exactly that dress of mine, having tried on 50 different pieces in different salons before. They have their own production facilities. Very talented designers and seamstresses with golden hands. I really liked everything. And 2 years later, remembering that I tore my dress at the wedding, they decided to hem it, during the pandemic, sick days and heavy workload. Thank you for approaching each client individually. A wonderful salon!

The impression of the salon is twofold. Locally, it's very atmospheric, but that's it. When I explained what format of dresses I like, the girl started to bring them to me for fitting, but they were all very lush, I asked for a little less lush, otherwise it turned out like a woman on a samovar, they tried to praise me a lot at that stage, but I know better what I like, they reluctantly brought each other dresses and saying that they were all magnificent, but it was clear from the models that they were, but they were not brought. At the exit, the owner of the salon talked with such a look about the fact that everything is expensive now, you need to take it, otherwise I won't buy anything at all, that they have the best. But it was with such a haughty look. For the price they sell, you can behave more politely, or else like at a bazaar, and not in a salon with an average check of $ 900… I didn't come back, not mine.

I bought a wedding dress in this salon, it's a pity that there is no rental. The attitude of the staff was upset, if you come just by appointment, they behave very arrogantly (not the first time I encountered them myself, or heard from friends), but if you come with the organizer, they offer tea, coffee, sweets, super friendly. It's bad that this attitude is not for everyone, but personally.
