This is a canteen-type cafe. They are served on simple dishes, the interior is accordingly like in a dining room, the menu is huge, with bad photos and long descriptions. But some of the dishes are just gorgeous. It's incredibly delicious. You just have to ask the waitress: what is the most delicious salad you have? Which meat is better, which pancakes? Probably the most inexpensive institution in Brest, the combination of price and quality is super. Plus in the center.

We have been planning a trip to Belarus for a very long time. We watched various videos, where to go, where to eat. And finally, a vacation, we drove 1300 km, and we are in the glorious city of Brest. Since we were already prepared where to have a delicious meal, our choice fell on the Svoyaki cafe.Tired, we came to this cafe from the road. The place is very atmospheric, the mood immediately lifted in anticipation of a delicious meal. Entering the hall itself, there were three tables. There was no one at the entrance, and no one at the bar either. Then a man came out to us, we asked him if it was possible to eat at your place, to which the forced answer was "Wait 50 minutes"! Since we wanted to eat and didn't want to go anywhere anymore, we agreed. Although, what's the big deal? They are sitting at three tables eating, a weekday, not a day off! There is no heat in the hall to wait for a dish for 50 minutes. And yes, payment is ONLY in cash. We made an order, and began to wait, they asked for a drink right away. They brought us diluted in a decanter! apple juice. I am not a scandalous person and generally not conflicted, I have endured this insolence. I ordered a salad from Baba Duni and
a salad "Hatnyaya". The salyanka was just disgusting, the food crumbled into it was just trash, the salad was even worse... He's not worth the money. My husband was brought a padzharka "Belarusskaya" z dzerunami. The jerks were burnt, and the roast was not the first freshness. I just wanted to run away from there! The evening from the first day and the visit to this institution was ruined.We left hungry and disappointed. I repeat, the place is very beautiful, but the service, the food, just negates the whole picture. Yes, I would like to notice something else, coming to such an institution you want to plunge into the whole atmosphere, so that you can eat and relax, but do not listen and watch a modern music channel, these are somehow two incompatible things! Representatives of this institution, think about it, you need to change the staff from the cook to the waiter. You have a wonderful city, a beautiful cafe, but the cuisine is terrible, as is the staff.Of all the places we visited during the week we spent in Belarus, you have the most delicious.

The worst place in Brest! I don't recommend it at all, the staff is terrible, on Friday evening one person only serves the banquet, they didn't give the menu, when it came to ordering after 20 minutes of waiting, the waiter rudely replied that she couldn't break up!!!!Never go to this place, I don't recommend it.

We really liked it! We were looking for national Belarusian cuisine. Yandex offered to come here - and we didn't regret it.
National flavor, delicious (everything that was ordered was delicious), at prices very humane. The waiter Igor fed us - he helped us choose, served us quickly and hospitably.

The food is very tasty, none of the dishes ordered failed. Yes, the serving of dishes is not fashionable, well, the institution positions itself as traditional.

The waitress also complained to us that this is a restaurant, not a cafe. Excellent restaurant with local Belarusian cuisine. We ordered a hodgepodge and flasks - great. The hot dishes were sausages with a side dish, which were served in a frying pan. You'll lick your fingers. A crambambula with an original spicy aftertaste. Of course, draniki - we chose assorted to try draniki with filling (cheese, meat, fish) and without, with bacon and sour cream. Waiter Igor is friendly and friendly. I do not recommend it. We believed the guidebook and reviews - we went to lunch. The first thing we heard was that payment is only in cash. The interior is fresh. The serving is very simple, the salad is simply cut and served on a plate, the pancakes were served with a small spoonful of sour cream, which was not enough. We took assorted draniki - probably the worst draniki in life, fried to black in places. More or less, there were only chicken skewers.

But I warn you, potato pizza is at least for two. I ordered one for myself, as I was extremely hungry and couldn't finish eating. A toothless sufferer from dentistry can also eat a noticed chicken breast with delight, the hodgepodge is good, pickles in honey - although a paradoxical dish, but I liked it so much that I thought I would order more.

We were "lucky" to visit this place on the great holiday - May 9th. By the way, we booked a place two months in advance, specifying the time of our arrival and the number of people. They greeted us very unfriendly, saying that they did not know about any armor. Having figured it out a little, they asked us to wait until they were free (!!!) the place that we booked two months earlier. Next, we were seated at a small table, bringing additional chairs. We were sitting uncomfortably, to put it mildly. After 30 minutes, the waitress came up to us to take the order, after all the dishes were announced, Madame, with bulging eyes, informed us that we would wait for food for at least an hour, due to the large number of visitors, which, frankly, were not so many. In general, I do not recommend visiting this place, the aftertaste from it is unpleasant, we did not manage to eat. After hearing that, we just got up and left.

The interior is interesting, in the Belarusian style, there is air conditioning, which is important in the heat. We were on weekdays, so there was almost no one in the cafe and they served quickly. The menu with a good selection of dishes, Lida beer was taken from the drinks - I didn't like it, but I didn't like all the products of the Lida factory, so it has nothing to do with the cafe. We were served by a very nice woman. They were allowed to be present with a dog up to 25 cm at the withers. This is very relevant and tolerant, as I did not feel a special love for dogs in Belarus

There are a lot of dishes on the stop list, the atmosphere is for an amateur, but you can sell your soul for local hodgepodge and draniki. For 20 rubles per person, you can eat to the point of "difficult to breathe" and not want to eat for another 7 hours.
