I signed up to the master for an aertach, without explaining what the master was doing, I began to make highlights, then she painted it all over with a 5 tone gray-dark hair turned out, after that she began to clean it all with "American shampoo". the hair is ruined and the hair looks terrible black and gray... I didn't hear any apologies, except "well, I won't take money from you" and "it will grow back." During these procedures, a woman called and complained to her that her hair was falling out - the answer to her was "you didn't want to do a hair mask, what do you want from me?". This is not a master.

I have been looking for a very long time for a master who can cut beautifully. And so I read a lot of reviews here and decided to give it a try. And I was not mistaken. Master Svetlana heard my wishes for a haircut from the first time. Although it is sometimes difficult to explain what kind of image we want. But Svetlana understood everything, cut it beautifully and neatly. This is really a Master with a capital letter. She gave recommendations on hair color, presented a small present. I am very grateful to her for the beautiful haircut. It's really enough to blow dry and you're beautiful. I really liked the interior design, it is comfortable, cozy and beautiful. I found my master. Now I know where to come for a haircut. It may be a little expensive, but it's a good job and it should pay well. The master communicated with me in an extremely unprofessional manner. She switched to you from the doorway and asked in an impudent manner “why is your hair so dry and what did you do with it?” If she wanted to draw attention to the poor condition of my hair, she could do it politely, advise products for care, etc. She did not expect that the master for such a high cost of services and with such good reviews here could so omit the client. I will not turn to Svetlana anymore
