The master communicated with me in an extremely unprofessional manner. She switched to you from the doorway and asked in an impudent manner “why is your hair so dry and what did you do with it?” If she wanted to draw attention to the poor condition of my hair, she could do it politely, advise products for care, etc. She did not expect that the master for such a high cost of services and with such good reviews here could so omit the client. I will not turn to Svetlana anymore
, despite the fact that she performed the haircut well.

I signed up to the master for an aertach, without explaining what the master was doing, I began to make highlights, then she painted it all over with a 5 tone gray-dark hair turned out, after that she began to clean it all with "American shampoo". the hair is ruined and the hair looks terrible black and gray... I didn't hear any apologies, except "well, I won't take money from you" and "it will grow back." During these procedures, a woman called and complained to her that her hair was falling out - the answer to her was "you didn't want to do a hair mask, what do you want from me?". This is not a master.

Master Svetlana heard my wishes for a haircut from the first time. Although it is sometimes difficult to explain what kind of image we want. But Svetlana understood everything, cut it beautifully and neatly. This is really a Master with a capital letter. She gave recommendations on hair color, presented a small present. I am very grateful to her for the beautiful haircut. It's really enough to blow dry and you're beautiful. I really liked the interior design, it is comfortable, cozy and beautiful. I found my master. Now I know where to come for a haircut. It may be a little expensive, but it's a good job and it should pay well. I have already contacted Svetlana 2 times and I want to note her love and passion for her work. This fact greatly affects her creative work, she is really in her place and a professional in her field. I am very glad that I found such a wonderful master! I have "difficult" hair, and only thanks to Svetlana's patience and attention to detail, my haircut began to look simply stunning. Пришла к Светлане, основываясь на отзывах из интернета. Были длинные волосы, хотелось придать формы и ухоженные прядки, в итоге получила просто остриженные волосы полукругом и длинну волос, которая мне не идёт. По мне парикмахерская для пенсионеров. Больше не обращусь.

Светлана мастер высокой квалификации: точное выполнение пожеланий клиента (иногда туманно выраженных), безупречное чувство стиля и завершенности образа покоряет.
Мой, казалось бы, обычный визит к парикмахеру неожиданно обернулся маленьким праздником и отличным настроением.

Некоторое время искал нового мастера (для новых впечатлений и изменений). Благодаря интернету нашёл Светлану. Почитал отзывы,изучил описания,сравнил мастеров по городу Минску. По поводу Светланы интуиция не подвела-это очень опытный,профессиональный,современный и классный мастер! Также,хочется отметить,что она легко чувствует,что желает клиент в итоге увидеть,отлично проконсультирует по поводу волос и тд. Светлана лёгкий,приятный,но не менее конкретный и чёткий человек;)

Светлана мастер своего дела. Если не знаешь что хочешь сделать- она все сделает сама и без вопросов, если знаешь что ,то достаточно пары слов объяснения...короче человек работает на высшем уровне...а ещё от туда уходишь с полными карманами отличного настроения)))) как предыдущий клиент, я поменяла стандартную прическу... и мне сделали то что я хотела- изменить прическу. А тут и не пришлось объяснять...осталась очень доволена))) записавайтесь к этому стилисту не пожалеете!
Лично я, теперь получаю только одни комплименты от родных и близких людей.
