The rooms are large, the renovation is good. Cups and cutlery are available. There is a microwave, a large refrigerator. There is a balcony. There is no shower gel, no shampoo, only liquid soap. The cost is small.
During the cold season, the rooms are cool because of the cracks in the windows. But in general, I recommend it.

At the same time, I began to doubt when the young man said on the phone that he had a residence permit of the Republic of Belarus, although I have registration in Svetlogorsk and I am a citizen of the Republic of Belarus. This is the first time I've encountered such strange behavior in hotels.

excellent hotel rooms are spacious , possibly former one-bedroom apartments , shops , pharmacy , hairdresser and sauna are within walking distance , polite staff , there is a kitchen and a balcony in each room
