I was a guest in Minsk and according to reviews I chose this institution. Of all the possible disadvantages, I can only highlight 2. First, make a sign at the entrance, that small sticker on the door is obscured by a plant, but there is another sticker next to it, but from freydis and this is confusing. Secondly, he was driving, and there is no non-alcoholic beer in the establishment. And even though you have a fabulous cream soda, which I drank a jug of, but I would like a beer. And now to the pros. From the end of the building, you can park in the free parking lot, there are not many places, but at least there is one. I arrived at 8 o'clock on a weekday evening, 3-4 tables were occupied in the hall, so I chose the place I liked without any problems. The chairs are soft and comfortable, the music is muted, and the overall interior is interesting. The waiters immediately brought the menu and after a couple of minutes came to take the order, although I didn't even have time to scroll to the end of the menu, it's quite extensive and everything looks delicious. We took soup in bread, salads, a frying pan, a couple of plates of pancakes with salmon, soft Borodino croutons with sauce and drinks. There was also a menu for children, but they didn't look at it. Everyone liked everything. They gave 140 rubles for three of them, excluding tips.

I couldn't give any information about cocktails. My husband ordered a frying pan with boiled pork, but it was not there! A great place to taste the national dish in Minsk is, of course, draniki. Here they are served in different versions with mushrooms and fried and even in the traditional Belarusian version with a sponge (by the way in the photo).
And not only draniki can be eaten here. You can try a lot of delicious things and drink by the way too. For example, mulled wines are not bad on cold January days. A very decent beer of Belarusian production.

A modern restaurant with the most delicious tinctures.
For me, it was another place where we went "at random" and did not lose. Unlike other establishments, there is still no entourage of a Belarusian pub, everything is modern. But it doesn't smell like a kitchen. And most importantly, here are the most delicious tinctures. Very soft and easy to drink. A large selection. I even asked the waitress what vodka she insisted on. Clear. Comfortably. All the staff is polite and pleasant to communicate with. Maybe a little bit more expensive than in some establishments, but a little bit. And it's worth it.

There were 3 pieces of onion in the honey pot. When ordering, we asked about the dessert promotion, we were not told that it was no longer relevant. They said that when ordering dessert, the second one comes as a gift, we sat waiting for dessert for about 20 minutes, but then, calling the waiter, they told us that the promotion was no longer valid. Why couldn't you have said it right away? Why was it necessary to invent that carrot is a gift? Why did we even sit and waste our time? Unpleasant.

Интересный ресторан национальной кухни, персонал приветливый, очень квалифицированный, т. к. в целом, в республике не умеют обслуживать клиентов в общепите. А это место поразило. Я далеко не вредный клиент, но когда приходишь в заведение поесть, и видишь недовольные лица персонала, это сразу говорит и заведении. А здесь было очень комфортно, сразу видно, что сотрудники ждут клиентов. Нам было предложено несколько вариантов посадки, мы выбрали очень уютное место. На улице было очень жарко и после долгой прогулки хотелось прохлады. Было предложено включить кондиционер. Обслужили тоже быстро, приняли заказ, все приносили по мере готовности. Вкусно! И самое главное, что находится в центре .

A nice restaurant in the center of Minsk with traditional Belarusian cuisine. Polite staff, fairly fast service. Lots of tables. The kitchen is on top, the shingles are super. The serving and decoration of the dishes pleased me. Mushroom pickling is served in a loaf of bread, and the top hump serves as a lid of an improvised plate. Everything is delicious. The company offers sets of eight local alcoholic beverages. Excellent salads and local marinades. In general, I liked everything.

Расположение ресторана отличное - находится в центре города, в шаговой доступности с метром Октябрьская. Интерьер интересный, с частичками народной символики. Спокойно, тихо играет на фоне приятная музыка.
Были в будней день. Заказ горячего принесли только через 40 мин. Но официант за долгое время ожидания предложил взять что-нибудь за счет заведения. Женская половинка заказала себе десерт!) По поводу горячего ожидания по поводу массы как заявленная в меню более 0,5 кг не оправдались. Может имелось ввиду с тарой, то тогда соглашусь).
Цены выше среднего. Персонал приветлив и не навязчив!

Ресторан большой, мы сидели вчера на открытой веранде, официант Катя помогла с выбором блюд. Все было подано очень быстро. Драники выший пилотаж, очень вкусные и нежные. Похлебка в хлебе очень вкусная и подача оригинальная. Брала кофейный Махи о - интересный вкус, не пробовала раньше. Если хотите вкусной Беларуской кухни вам сюда

Приятное место:
-хороший интерьер
-вкусная кухня и напитки (пробовала суп в хлебе, драники и авторский чай, всё понравилось)
-удобное расположение
Немного расстроило обслуживание, но, может быть, нам просто не повезло.
Были днём, но места всё равно почти все были заняты. Возможно, стоит бронировать.
Цены не дороже средних.

Ресторан понравился.
Еда вкусная, приготовление быстрое, обслуживание на высоте, цены - божеские.
Ужин на 3 обошелся в 107 BYN.
Еда, к счастью, не жирная, как в большинстве ресторанах с национальной кухней.
Ресторан расположен в центре города, что очень удобно.
Точно вернемся в этот ресторан при следующем посещении Минска.
