My daughter and I have been studying with Ksenia for more than 2 years. Therefore, I can safely give a 100% positive assessment of Ksenia both as a coach who works with children and sets swimming techniques from scratch, and as a coach who works with fairly old people and corrects the semblance of "swimming technique" that has been developed for decades.
What do you like:
- individual approach, the training program is formed based on the existing skills and physical condition of the student;
- there are no templates. There's always something new. It's always interesting.
- a clear understanding by the coach of the filigree swimming technique that we strive for. And the ways to achieve it.
- gigantic patience and the ability to believe in the student. It is very difficult to correct what has become fixed at the level of muscle memory and teach how to SWIM.
- the ability to motivate both children and adults to achieve goals.
And among other things, Ksenia is a very bright, enthusiastic and purposeful person, communication with whom is a great pleasure. It is important!
