A restaurant of national Belarusian cuisine. The portions are large and delicious. There are quite a lot of visitors, especially locals. Merchant's pancakes are just super! The service was fast. There is an outdoor summer porch. One of the best establishments in Gomel.

A little bit about customer orientation. We booked a banquet for 12 people in a MONTH, called and confirmed our reservation in a week, while warning that we would not be in the city in the coming days, we did not mind making an advance payment, but the manager said that this was not necessary. We agreed on October 12 as the pre-order date for the menu.
On October 12, when we arrived at the restaurant, we found out that our date and places had been given to other guests. The argument is that we did not get through to you when there were more guests on this date. Comments, of course, are unnecessary.
Absolute illiteracy, incompetence of employees who probably have not heard anything about decent customer service and putting people on the waiting list, and not just mindlessly canceling other guests' reservations.
This review will not affect the overall rating of the restaurant, but it should affect the rating of managers. We sincerely wish this girl to experience the same emotions one day as we do when, in 3 days, an incompetent employee deprives you of the joy of celebrating a long-awaited painting.
