I can only say this as an employer. The employer is good)
I worked there for a couple of years as a QA. The sphere is fintech and the like.
Positive:
- The management is very adequate.
- A good social package
- Constant reviews, not formal, but real concern for the development of their employees
- Interesting projects and the opportunity to develop into related specialties (for example, in autotesting)
Cons (subjective and possibly outdated):
- Work for the Russian-speaking market, few international projects (not a minus for guys with weak English. By the way, I can say that they were looking at international markets, so maybe the situation has already changed)
- Only developers work on MacBooks, testers have to use Windows, which creates many difficulties when testing iOS devices (logs, etc.), but these problems were solved by internal analytical systems
- Personally, it was difficult for me to get there without a car.
In general, as an employer, I strongly advise. To the question "why did he leave?", I will immediately write that I decided to develop in the direction of mobile games, which "System technologies" do not deal with.

I have worked in the company for almost 2.5 years and I will always remember this time with warmth.
1) I am simply unrealistically satisfied with the project. Banking software, it was very interesting to work with. There were no similar tasks, I did not have to be bored))) Thanks to the Bank for gushing with ideas)
2) I am also very happy with the team: friendly guys, parted with tears in their eyes ((( They are always ready to help and suggest an interesting way out of an unusual situation. And pizzuli and joint team building, corporate parties... ST, thank you.
3) I would like to thank the management, both direct and higher. Several direct managers have changed during my work: maybe I was so lucky, but they are all professionals in their field, ready to help where necessary, and at the same time, not interfering with work (which is important!). I have encountered senior management at various training sessions, as well as at meetings on the coronavirus and the political situation in the country. I would like to note the loyal attitude and willingness to help in the most unpredictable situations.
