I bought a tour from them, I must say that the tour was not bad, but the purchase process... They have such a manager there, Natalia, a hysterical woman, possibly mentally ill. It started with the fact that she counted to me 1000 UAH more than was stated. No requests to count, appeals to reason had any effect. I spent 3 hours in this Mr. Agent!!!!! trying to convince them that they were wrong. As much rudeness as I've heard in this time... it pulls at a monthly rate. They tried to take my phone away so that I wouldn't leave, threatened me with problems with the border guards, threatened that if I didn't pay, she would fake a heart attack and say that I drove her to be honest, if it weren't for my friend, who would really like to go, then I would get up and go to court and listen I would like to know how and at what rate 400 euros turned into 8500 UAH. and how they are going to compensate me for a spoiled vacation. But they still drove me, I had already given up on everything and was about to leave when they finally agreed to count it. In general, only when I had already left the agency, their director Valeria plucked up the courage, called me back and apologized, saying that something had been taken into account several times. This somehow smoothed the overall impression from disgusting to very, very bad. The aforementioned Natalia did not consider it necessary to apologize.
Conclusion: the number of negative impressions from communication at the agency is greater than the positive ones from the trip, I highly recommend not contacting there!

Now I'm reading the reviews and I understand that I should have listened.It all started very well, the girl introduced herself as Lily, told me about the tour, sent me the necessary hotels by mail, but as soon as we paid the prepayment, the pleasant voice disappeared somewhere.There was an irritable aunt who talked to me like a teacher from a high place.Any question about visas or documents caused aggression and psychos.Please do not call if she calls back herself, but there was no call on the right day ((( we call ourselves again dissatisfaction.In short, maybe their tours are really interesting, but the policy of communicating with customers leaves much to be desired.
This is the first time I've come across such rudeness from a travel agency.And don't be surprised if an employee at your agency will deal with his son in a raised voice about how much she should give him pocket money and he is rude to her at the same time - probably this is a family thing.

Good afternoon, tourists! Eagle Travel IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. I came across a discount coupon on the website of <url>. from the Eagle Travel travel company. I decided to call to find out how such a discount works, for which hotels.. The coupon contains 3 numbers - 2 landlines, one mobile. I'm calling on my mobile. I was only told an irritated "Hello." I had to clarify myself whether I got it right. Then I told her what I wanted to know, after which they began to communicate with me even more irritably. I wanted to get specific offers - hotels, so that I could continue to sit, watch, read and choose. They told me that I could find out all this if I came to them. Of course, it was amazing, because I go somewhere every year and always talked to tour operators by phone or email. Next, the girl (if you can call her that) began to openly HYSTERIA, because I wanted her to tell me the hotels that are affected by the discount system. Then she also started saying that I was calling her..that there is a manager's number for Greece (and I just applied for Greece). Although they didn't introduce themselves to me, they certainly didn't speak for any manager. By the way, the manner of communication is also ... "top class". Instead of asking "Which country are you interested in", I got the brazen "Country?".
IT is OUTRAGING how they, the poor, feel sorry for themselves that there is so much work. I go to the seaside every year, and tour operators always have a lot of work, but for some reason they don't talk boorishly (in other travel agencies, of course).
For personal interest, I decided to call another number, already, of course, realizing that I would not contact them. There, I thought I'd hit on a nicer girl. But again, no luck. Guys, do not contact this travel agency! They, sorry, almost have to kiss the ass of the clients in order to interest and send them on vacation! THE STAFF IN THIS COMPANY IS BOORISH! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS! AND DON'T GET FOOLED BY THEIR "DISCOUNTS". EVERYONE WANTS TO TAKE THE MONEY. BE CAREFUL.
