Poor residents. The building is a lot of years old. It's passable from the facade, but it's dark inside. The shower and plumbing units are in poor condition. There are no conditions. Although maybe there are VIP rooms

I was there.The academy always does not have enough money for repairs.We need to earn money.To let third-party guests live in empty rooms.The price should be acceptable.
