The situation is similar to the previous review - the day before check-in, the reservation was canceled, but we still reached them. As a result, they were settled in a triple room for 2 days and on the last day they were moved to a neighboring hotel in a double room for a lot of money. I can't recommend the hotel, because there is nothing good there except the location in the city center. At night, constant noise from the street (it's not critical for me, for someone it may be a fundamental point), the condition of the room is 4-. In general, a place for extremely undemanding visitors.

We booked a room for three in three weeks, the DAY before arrival, we started writing to whatsapp an offer to check into a room for TWO! Their offer was refused and they cancelled the booking at the booking office on their part! And I'm sure there were no sanctions! I do not recommend anyone to risk their vacation, they lost money and nerves because of them. Don't mess with them!
