He sits full of great thoughts. Let's allow ourselves to paraphrase the classic a little to characterize this monument. A regal bearing, an imperious gaze and strong warrior's hands resting on a sword. The sculptor managed to express Timur's majesty well.

To this monument, the route from Registan runs through a green park with a cascade of small fountains. The monument itself impresses with its greatness. Especially Timur's look. Behind the monument there is a nice shady alley for recreation. I recommend it for a visit.

The University Boulevard begins from the monument. The monument was made impressive, large, much larger than a real human height, with pleasant facial features :)

A beautiful monument and place, and although it is not very convenient to get to it, I do not regret that I walked through the heat to it from Registan.

It is very difficult to approach the monument due to the fact that local drivers drive like donkeys, not cars.
They don't see pedestrians around them and are lashing at each other like sheep.
The impression is so-so... However, this is everywhere in Uzbekistan.
