Oh, this is our Telman Park! The kindest place in Tashkent for me...my mother remembers the Soviet times when she and we were little..and I'm happy to walk there with my grown-up daughter and my grandson! Here you forget about the fuss and the passage of time stops. The air is a fairy tale and everyone can find their favorite corner with attractions, a lake and a very romantic cafe on it, a "delicious alley", a cafe or quiet places with comfortable benches.
