But today's incident struck us with the degree of bad manners of the mall SECURITY, for which minus one star. And the case is as follows: We called a taxi to the main entrance of TASHKENT CITY MALL, but when we got out, we realized that we needed the opposite exit, so we decided to go to the right exit. The guard standing at the exit said that we couldn't get through, even though the mall wasn't closing yet and there were a lot of customers inside. We politely explained to him that the taxi was waiting and we just needed another way out. To which we received a rude response and that they would not let us through, although people continued to come out in a stream, and we ourselves left the same door a second ago. It's a pity that SUCH STAFF spoils the impression of the whole MALL... The most unpleasant thing is the BOORISH response, and all this in front of our friends from Moscow, in front of whom we felt Spanish shame to hear such a thing in the center of our beloved CAPITAL.
