For those with food (gluten) allergies, it is a place where you can find the flavors that we are deprived of many products that we cannot eat (pies, sweets, cookies, wet cakes, etc.) that are close to reality, or even in the exact same flavor in many products. I think it is also an important advantage that they can send by cargo and courier.
