Good company. I have repeatedly used it for trips to/from Donetsk. We always arrived on time, picked them up, and took them away. The drivers are good and punctual.

It's not the first time I've used it, but it's the first time I've encountered such neglect. The landing site in Khartsizsk on Rodnichka was discussed with the dispatcher. The driver arrived, but did not stop by the spring, stopped on the side of the road, saying let's go to the car with our suitcases. Uploaded. Let's go to the Assumption. The driver only takes you to the checkpoint. 100% payment must be given to the first driver.
And after the checkpoint, the second driver will meet you and take you to your destination.
We crossed the checkpoint, but there is no second driver. We got on the phone. He says I'm still in traffic in Rostov. I will arrive in 2 hours at the earliest.
The question to the dispatcher - how did it happen that no one meets us on the Russian side? - ended with the phrase "what do you want from me, I'm the dispatcher, wait, wait."
Previously, ONE driver drove from A to B and across the border as well. Now you give the payment to 1 driver, he drops you off in front of the border and then with your suitcases you cross the border in the rain, wind, snow and hope that the second driver will arrive on time. And if he doesn't arrive on time, "so it's traffic jams in Rostov", you know.

There was a boorish driver on a white Hyundai in Russia. It does not help to lift the suitcase, does not approach the railway even if we are late because of his fault. I do not advise you to go with him and apparently with an Atlas. I will use the services of another company with my friends
