This is terrible! The teenage girl was taken to a completely different street, through garages to a name that does not exist in the city at all! The dispatcher was rude and did not solve the problem! Zelinsky and Zelinogradskaya are not at all at the address. I don't recommend it to anyone. Unprofessional and inadequate. And they claimed 750 rubles from the lamp for 1.2 km. The horror!

The attitude was disgusting starting from the call to the dispatcher. The request to bring the car in 30 minutes was ignored with the phrase "What's left here, let's call the car now."
The taxi driver is not polite, rude. I didn't get to the end point, because the dispatcher indicated the wrong address. He commented on it this way: "It is necessary to explain it more clearly"
And I had to walk to the end point, because there was a traffic jam on Makshoss.
Of course he didn't have any change either
