The room is clean, fresh snow-white bed linen, 1 body towel per guest and one foot towel per room. The room has a kettle, TV, table, bedside table, wardrobe, cup, coffee cup and saucer, coffee and tea, sugar, soap, shampoo. Basically, there is everything you need to stay. Very friendly and unobtrusive staff! In principle, an excellent price/quality ratio, if you are not particularly picky. We only came to the room to spend the night, we had a shower, a clean bed and a kettle to have breakfast in the morning. Therefore, even if there are some disadvantages, I recommend the hotel for accommodation.
The water sometimes disappeared, completely, both hot and cold. The hotel itself is located on a mountain, the ascent is quite steep, with heavy bags or in old age I would not recommend walking, only by transport. The repair, of course, is stale, but it is quite clean. Do not try to fix the sheets, the mattress itself has collected the hair of all the guests over the past six months. The TV is not SMART, we have not found any channels in Russian.

In fact, it used to be decent here, I think. Now the hotel is very, very tired.
+ shops nearby, across the street delicious doner is prepared inexpensively
+ WiFi is quite normal
+ Hot water without complaints
+ a terrace with no view at all. And in general, it's a 3-minute walk to the gorgeous sunset view from the bridge.
+ the room was cleaned a couple of times a week
+ the linen is clean. Towels were changed. There are no bedbugs)
+ contactless check-in (we arrived late and settled quietly)
+ the price tag is below average
+ Istiklal is a 5-minute walk away
- tired room
- if you don't ventilate, it smells like sewage
- there is no sound insulation as a class
- a steep and narrow staircase, which is not suitable for everyone
- in general, the location is a gloomy alley at night. In the daytime, it's fine in principle)
As a result, for your money, okay. It was initially clear to us that in such a budget as ours we would have to make compromises. In general, you can live.

Quite a good place to stay for a couple of days for night walks around Istanbul! And the proximity to the sights is convenient! We were very well received, everything was explained.

- located in an unpleasant alley, which overrides the advantage of the nearby Istiklal street;
- cats are constantly yelling in the alley, Turks are talking loudly, sitting on the street under the windows;
- the metal entrance door to the hotel seems to be specially made as loud as possible, you can hear everyone entering, as well as the doors to the rooms, there is zero noise insulation;
- the mattress pad is covered in someone else's hair, the mattress is old, the double bed consists of two single beds pushed together, in principle you can sleep;
- I met a cockroach once;
- they don't even give drinking water in the department;
- the shower works and thanks for that;
- the mini fridge is barely on its last legs;
- the administrator helps with any questions
I do not recommend this hotel.

By itself, the hotel is good, the price pleased, but the location is not the coolest, I had to walk a lot to transport interchanges. Salar is cool, he doesn't speak Russian, which made me very happy

A good place, nice people, yes there are shortcomings in terms of cleanliness and room size, as well as poor sound insulation, but if you spend the night and swim, it's fine for your money ($30 per day)

The advertisement (on the Booking page) indicates a lie about the conditions of accommodation and the availability of amenities: the size of the room is smaller, the bed is not king-size, but just two single beds pushed together, old sagging mattresses, no iron, no microwave, dirty bed linen (stained and with pubic hair), which was not changed after previous guests. The bathroom smells strongly of sewage and the smell also penetrates into the room. There is no view of the city - just the shabby walls of neighboring buildings, although you can see the skyscrapers of the Levent district from the roof (from a dirty terrace). It is located in a poorly lit littered alley, along with the same dilapidated buildings.

Very, very good staff. We arrived early in the morning, we were with the dog, so we couldn't find a place to sit with her, and the hotel allowed us to wait right at their reception. They were also settled earlier than expected. In general, a great attitude towards the pet, which immediately deserves 5 points. Of the cons: not perfectly clean, the room window looked out into a tiny courtyard-well, we did not like the area at all, dirty and in ruins. In general, it was convenient for us to live, positive emotions remained from the hotel itself.
