If you rate it on a 10-point scale, then it's a five. There are no questions for the Thai masters, they know their business. But there are a lot of problems with the service. They do not warn that if you are driving, then you need to call them under the barrier to enter the parking lot, and so look for a place to park nearby... I was on the procedure with oil, they smeared everything from head to toe, as a result, there was nowhere to take a shower. When I asked if it was planned to take a shower after the massage, the answer was: there is no shower in your room, everyone else is busy. This begs the question, could you mark this moment when recording and suggest another time or another room??? Absolutely not customer-oriented! This all spoiled the impression of the relaxation procedure.

The wonderful administrator Maria explained everything. Master Grand Master Mind has worked out the whole body perfectly, especially the areas that I asked to focus more on. I haven't crunched my body like this for a long time.

There is a feeling that I came to her house uninvited. They're messing around with timing. The last massage was 60 minutes, 40 were done!!!! And the admin just didn't say anything) just tried to argue with me. Do you want to get through? You will be ready to call 40 times. Maybe you'll get lucky and they'll call you back in a couple of hours. Discounts are available every two days, and please sign up in a month window. Complete darkness.

It seems that the salon administrators are happy and ready to select the date and time of the visit only for VIP clients.
Administrators do not know how to communicate with clients at all: they interrupt, are rude and rude, they put down the phone when asked to return the money, absolutely not a client-oriented approach.

An excellent spa with Thai types of massage. The prices are certainly not small, but they often arrange a day of promotions where you can purchase a certificate with a 50% discount.The masters are professionals, after a massage there is always complete relaxation. At the end of the ceremony, an hour with dried fruits is served.
Of the disadvantages - because of the above-described discounts, which now occur almost every 2-3 weeks, it becomes less and less realistic to sign up for a massage, if you are not alone, but in two. I called in the middle of April, but I managed to sign up only for the middle of May, while there was only a massage, without additional spa rituals. I think the record is for a month, or even for 1.5 - this is already too much. Either make discounts less often, or increase the room and the number of staff.
I'm shooting one star only for the reason above 👆🏻

The administrator's service was unsatisfactory. They signed me up by phone a week before the session, but when I arrived at the appointed time, they refused, they said that I had been booked into their other salon. When I arrived there, they said that my record was missing! The service was pre-paid (certificate). I had to change my plans, take a taxi to them three times.
As a result, I was booked for another time, but I did not experience any relaxation.
I do not recommend it, the attitude towards customers is bad. The main thing for them is to get money for the certificate, then your problems. And you can't turn it in)

I was with a friend on Sunday, I signed up for almost a month (I had a certificate). I work on Pobediteley Avenue and confused them on the phone with the Thai bounty spa village. To which, rather nervously, I was told that these were different organizations.
We went in with a friend, there were quite a lot of people in the small hall who were finishing the tea party procedure (It was not comfortable, people were relaxing after a massage, and we were standing here asking if it was better for them to move the tea party into the room)
With sound insulation, everything is sad, in the next room someone was doing a massage from a pat or something like that, the sound in the hall and in the rooms. It is difficult to relax when someone is being beaten or making such loud noises. So our visit began with these sounds and only after 20 minutes of our procedure it stopped.
Thai people did the massage , but do they have any questions?
On the one hand, there are some movements, on the other, others and the sequence is not the same.
I had a facial massage through a napkin, my friends did it without a napkin, with their hands on her makeup, they didn't even clean it.
In the questionnaire, I indicated that I was allergic to honey, they poured me tea and a bowl with a drink containing honey.
We left and waited for the administrator to pick up the outerwear, we asked if it was possible to pick it up, they answered if it was not difficult to pick it up ourselves.
People tried their best, but in my opinion, they do not reach a good spa salon. Guys, develop, I hope you improve the quality of the services provided.
