Terrible service, I have never seen such rudeness anywhere. They do not speak either Russian or English. The exchange rate of rubles for lari is hanging on the stand, when trying to change rubles, they shouted so that it was audible on the street. They do not accept rubles in any case! This is literally true. I speak Georgian, but it was interesting to have an attitude towards Russians.
