It's a good place, and there's a loyalty program in the form of stamp collection cards.
Tea is made delicious, but sometimes tapioca is not boiled. There are very few desserts. I advise you to try classic tea + coconut jelly.
The Slavic girl at the cash register never smiles, as someone wrote "with an amoebic" look. The Chinese are always very nice and friendly.
The interior is quite simple, but everything is clean.
The waiting time is always fast, no more than 10 minutes.

We went there with my daughter. It's not a bad place. Lots of places to relax . Everything is cool. But we need to think about organizing a place to make tea. It's not very clean. Everything is flooded with tea. The scenery is interesting. It's almost summer in season, and the hall is decorated in a New Year's style. Nice sellers, delicious tea. My advice is to bring more comfort and warmth to this place. The location is great, I think there will be a lot of guests in the summer. It seemed a little empty. In general, everything is fine. We were waiting here for our train and enjoying delicious tea. Grape and peach with cheese foam, even in cold weather, lifts the mood. And if you are lonely, a pot-bellied teddy panda will keep you company.
They cook pretty fast and wonderful Chinese music is playing, they have recorded several tracks for themselves.
The furniture is new and very cozy. If all sorts of Chinese sweets were still on sale, we would have left more money. But it was very tasty and cozy!
