I contacted this organization to order a gantry crane. The conversation was conducted by Edward. I spoke very biased, immediately began to teach words from the world of cranes and point out that I do not understand this topic at all. To which I said that of course I do not understand, because I am not an expert in this field, so I called as a customer - if I were a specialist, then why would I need you :) As a result, our conversation ended. The company may be good, I don't know anything about them, and Eduard may also be an excellent specialist in the field of cranes, but Eduard definitely doesn't know how to sell, and receiving incoming calls is definitely not for him.
