The first and last time I was in this bank at all. It's not about the branch, it's about the bank itself. We ordered a large amount in euros....moreover, the day before that, we went to this branch once and clarified if such an amount in euros could be delivered to this branch, then we called back again and clarified. The next day, the volute was brought, but not in euros, but in dollars. And the man flew abroad....I had to go to the main branch and stand there waiting in line for 2.5 hours to get my own money. As a result, the person taking the money lost the tickets because he missed the plane to Stockholm.I don't recommend this bank to anyone!!!
