A great bank. Very polite specialists, explain everything and help. The bank on Melnikaite also works on Saturday, which is a huge plus for me. The hall is comfortable and cozy. I was applying for a loan. I liked that there is a separate room for such operations, and not in the same place where people are standing and waiting for their turn.

Not a bank, but some kind of garbage dump. In general, I do not advise contacting him in any way. I tell you, I came to make a payment to a checking account at a driving school (normal banks do not accept their accounts), they did not approve the transaction, the tc was not in my name, my friend went through the same situation. I started asking - they were rude. I don't say anything about commissions at all - for each transaction 2p, regardless of the amount, whether it's a ruble + the bank's own commissions are wild when paying with cards from normal banks (I took 40 rubles, 20 commissions). In general, the bank is for patience, if you do not consider yourself such, I do not recommend contacting it!

It wouldn't hurt to be friendlier to customers. I came to replenish Yandex money. But the fact that this cannot be done was reported very abruptly, also, when I started asking why information about the method of replenishment via Contact was indicated on the official Yandex website, I was abruptly cut off with the words "I don't know what site you found there." I really hope that negotiations with clients are recorded. There you can hear: in what tone I spoke, and in what way with me. And as I babbled, I began to stutter, because such a tone surprised and frightened me. "Thank you" also seemed to come from me, despite the tone and the fact that I was interrupted.
