The cashier behaved rudely, defiantly and went into conflict instead of developing loyalty towards me as a bank customer. I do not advise visiting this exchanger, it is better to walk a few meters to the next one, judging by previous comments, I am not the only one who is dissatisfied. Management, take action against your incompetent employees, because unfortunately the complaint book is located at the head office of Kropotkin, 44.
