I bought a Samsung 55 TV, from a showcase for 450 thousand. We won't notice anything and signed the delivery list. After an hour of viewing, I noticed the stripes in the corner of the screen, informed the support service and sent a photo. They called me and took the TV for diagnosis.
Then they said that I signed the acceptance sheet, so these are my problems, they rolled out 474 thousand more expensive for repairs than the TV itself. Of course I refused.
When the TV was returned to me, I received a shock, it was in terrible condition, as if someone walked on it, new internal spots appeared on the screen, I reported and sent a photo, but all my arguments were ignored, stupidly answered, you signed the acceptance sheet.
They sent a video of how they pack the TV, the screen without film, take the screen with their bare hands without gloves, turn the screen upside down on the bare floor and claim that they have nothing to do with it.
In general, they sold a defective TV, then they also broke it. Attitude, we got the money and then your problems.
I do not advise dealing with a technodome.

Uh, do not come here for those who expect that if they choose the wrong thing first, they will be given the goods back without suffering. Moreover, even if the product, as in my case, is super cheap (charging for an electronic watch is five thousand).
First, one guy at the entrance will force you to give all the data, run for your ID., then the hassle, I would even say, the bullying continues at the checkout, where the seller does not give money for a long time, having already received the goods, it is unclear why looking at the computer, not worrying that you have been waiting for money for half an hour.
All this is under strict, I would even say intimidating control of a guard with a rubber stick, who for some reason else comes up and asks the store administrator something. Maybe it was suitable for intimidation (don't demand money, I'm here with a stick!).
This lady is especially unpleasant to remember. A seemingly polite woman comes to the cashier, ostentatiously pretends that she is worried, hurries the cashier to issue money.. Then the revenge begins for handing over the goods:
Uh, sorry, uh, we can't give back now, uh, bbbb, aa, mm... Then, after such revelations, the lady brazenly, under the cover of a guard with a stick, chases the buyer with the word: "That's it."
Indecision here let me down in that case, out of innate cowardice, I silently leave, thinking about this "nuisance".
But then there is a completely original, as if a long-thought-out continuation of revenge.
Before leaving the store, a lady calls and says mockingly: "You forgot to take the money." I didn't go out of cowardice then, and what would I say to them with such a protective rubber, Unfortunately, my old mother, having postponed all business, realizing that in our situation, when you live on only one pension, you can't ignore such calls, went to get money at nine in the morning.
