I recently visited Rozybakiev's Technodom — overall, my impressions are good. The range is wide: household appliances, electronics, accessories — almost everything you might need. The consultants are well versed, they helped to choose a model and compare the characteristics. The store is clean, everything is neatly arranged, you can see and try everything. The only downside is that sometimes there is no popular model or color available.

The technodome is generally a special conversation. I've bought from them more than once and there are always problems. A defective product service center is a nightmare. I especially remember the Samsung refrigerator, that's when they took out my brains for almost half a year. It was only after the call to Russia that they told me where to turn. And I had Samsung service center repairs done. So I'm skirting the Technodome. Sellers climb with their deceitful obsessiveness. Then you can't find a consultant. So the choice is yours.

Once upon a time, Technodome stores were the best places to buy equipment, but now everything has become diametrically opposed. The product may be defective, and this is generally not a problem, because there is a service center. But it is the Technodome that has this problem - they will delay and promise the first 14 days so that you will not be able to return the goods. Then the master of the running brand may quit, so for another couple of weeks. And then: "We will definitely contact you," but of course this is a lie. It is better to choose a product in a Technodome, but buy from any small seller on an ETP. Then you will have an official service and a more responsible seller.

But I didn't get a single consultant. Either the influx of people was such that everyone was busy, or something, but in the end, I left without a speaker, upset, and then, out of grief, I spent money on some kind of defective device. In general, I am terribly dissatisfied with the service.

The saleswoman , the cashier, sprawled on a chair and did not respond to repeated requests to get up and talk normally and continued to lie on her chair while shouting to speak louder, otherwise she could not hear sitting. As a result, we had to call the senior and by some miracle, after 20 minutes of manipulation, they made the price cheaper than on the price tag by 1,000 tenge, and then he said about it that what a good fellow he was and we should be grateful to him for such a gift. Customer orientation is not about them. The price tag discrepancy is about them.

11/30/12 arrived at the store for a monitor. Chosen. None of the staff came up to me, I had to look for it myself. I find it. We book the product in 1C. Price tag = 173,990 tenge. I'm going to the cash register to pay. QR is not accepted, I had to go home to get a card. An hour passes. I arrive — the price at the checkout = 203,990 tenge. They tell me that the price tag was wrong, the promotion is over. I, referring to Article 24 of the ZoPP, ask that I be sold at the price indicated on the price tag. The seller goes to coordinate with the management, then another employee comes up, says: "We did not agree. Write a complaint." I'm calling the police. An employee arrives, I write a statement. I'm waiting for the result. Please note that all the time I was in the store, while I was waiting for a police officer, the price tag was empty (about 1.5 hours), which violates Article 193 paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. UPD: Returned 45 minutes later. After submitting an application to the police, they offered to buy a monitor at the original price. The issue has been resolved.
