On the 16th in Karaganda, Vostok 2, I bought a phone in the technodome, the consultant advised orro a15s, it was weak in function, at such a price it was possible to take a more powerful one (that's not the point). The fact is that after buying the phone, my aunt refused to buy their settings, since you can make an account at home and you don't need much work for this. They opened the box, pressed the function (I don't know which one), but the phone stopped seeing the Internet network... The next day we arrived, they began to send us to the service center, we managed to view the video cameras, it is clear that the seller was leaning over the phone and it was unclear what was being pressed there. (Thanks to another consultant who reset the settings to the ground), I couldn't guess, since I encountered such a problem in the phone for the first time. The store as a whole may not be bad, but the service is below zero, the consultants are rude, refuse to fulfill their duties.... (Not all and not everywhere, but most of them (Karaganda, Vostok 2, anuar building), the main thing is to shove the goods, and if they still refused their services, they will do so, so that the consumer returns and has already paid for their service). I wonder where consultants are recruited to the store ... (On a patch or as conductors on an ad and without verification....the main thing is that the language is suspended and they can trick), the administrator is not fish or meat, he can only say: you need to go to the service center, this is not a global problem. (In fact, there is a lot of one star). The consumer writes reviews looking at the service, the service did not like it at all!

The store was completely disappointing. I bought an electric scooter product and they have not been able to make delivery for a week. In connection with the quarantine, I have been calling the call center every day for a week as for work, they promise to call back during the day that my application is in the queue, but no one is calling. The next day I call again to find out what's with my order, it turns out that my application is not there, they promise to settle everything, and again silence. I haven't been able to get them to consider my problem for a week now. I do not recommend this store to anyone, the service is missing in all areas. There is no way there anymore.
