Order No. 5617. The Redmi Note 3 was put into diagnostics and repair. The problem was that the phone did not charge, during charging the charge level was constantly displayed at 0%, the phone worked only from the charger.
A few days later, they called me and said that it would be necessary to flash it and possibly change the miniUSB connector. I refused in order not to lose my personal data from my phone. They also hid from me the fact that they had ALREADY tried unsuccessfully to flash me before the call, while losing all the information from the phone. The phone doesn't turn on at all now.
1. Why were manipulations critical for the phone and information carried out BEFORE agreeing with the client what should be done and how much will it cost?
2. Why is it that when accepting the customer's phone, they are not informed that the information may be completely lost? It was assumed that the problem was only in the hardware.
I do not advise you to contact this place, since there is a choice of repair shops in the city.
