I contacted about an uncharacteristic noise in the Kenwood kitchen machine. For 30p, a "diagnosis" was carried out. As a result, it was indicated that it was necessary to replace the gearbox at a cost of about 1000 rubles, which is not available. I took the car home in upset feelings. However...
after an inspection in another place, the master immediately found a malfunction that was visible to the naked eye when disassembling the machine. This leads to the conclusion that the technosystem did not open it, but tried to guess the malfunction by ear!

I do not advise anyone!!! Terrible service. They had the iron for more than 6 months and were constantly fed "breakfast". But it turned out that the part was not shipped from the warehouse (when the same part can be ordered even on Ozone).
And the workers don't care much about your repairs.
