Excellent staff, nice Russian-speaking owner. Good room design, good location (you can walk to the center and beaches in 15-20 minutes). Unlimited access to water, coffee and biscuits/sweets for the guests. There are small questions about the quality of room cleaning, otherwise everything is perfect.
