We had another TV that did not work well, they clarified whether the master could fix it for one thing, to which the master said "that such a TV should be taken to their workshop and diagnosed there, that it is impossible to do this at home, special equipment is needed." Since we were satisfied with the first master, we decided to continue to be serviced at this service center. After some time, we bring the TV to the service center, as the master told us (the essence of the malfunction of this TV was that it periodically did not turn on or could turn on and it had no sound and channels did not switch) there, 3 masters watch it, connect it to three different antennas and it works (but this is not surprising, because the fault in it is floating, as we were told in this service center). To which we are told that no malfunctions have been detected at the acceptance and they cannot accept the TV for repair. We told the masters who were watching TV that we had your master who was fixing another TV for us, and he looked at this one, and after finding out what the malfunction was, he said that we should take it to the service and make a diagnosis there. In general, conversations with the operator did not lead to anything, I asked the phone of the head to sort out the situation with him. They did not give me the phone number of the head, but said they would contact the master again. Soon, the master called me back and said the same thing as the operator, and remotely diagnosed him, saying that this was a problem with the motherboard and if we were satisfied with repairs within 250-300 rubles, then within a few days he could come and replace it for us if it was available. When asked why we were not offered this at the service center, the master suggested that perhaps such an expensive repair there was considered inappropriate for such a TV. Of course, I am shocked by this situation! The next day, we all decided to get a TV on the service, but first by calling and explaining the situation, to which we are again told "when a breakdown is detected, call a specialist at home" THIS IS BULLYING!
