02/12/2020 this organization must connect zala (TVs and Internet) to us. Master Pavlovich R.V. behaved defiantly, showed himself to be an incompetent employee. Although everything was output before him, he only had to connect and configure, but ALAS. I had to connect it myself, another master will come to set it up. I solved my personal issues over the phone. The organization's policy is not clear to me.... I talked to Peter (the boss), he is not customer-oriented
. If you can't turn on and switch the TV to the cable yourself, then no one will do it to you, otherwise it will suddenly break down, then pay the master money for the TV.... That's how Peter answered me. If possible, I recommend not contacting this organization!!!
