A very interesting and unusual dome was invented for training on tennis courts for both adults and beginners in Avante on the Railway in the same location with the Adrenaline fitness club. My wife and I work out in the gym, and my son is on the courts chasing the ball with a racket. The smart coach and the kids at the reception will be picked up and trained, and for the children to be happy under such a dome to comprehend the basics of lawn tennis and move forward to their sports dreams!!

According to her, we had to leave the center before 21:00. Although we have paid for the court until then. The avante administrator should have informed us about this (she was no longer in place). It is rather strange to make such claims to clients, and not to the administrator, who, obviously, did not warn us about anything. Of course, after tennis, any normal person will want to take a shower. According to the logic of the young lady, we should do this INSTEAD of playing. I think the administrators of Avante and the sports center need to find a common language, provide clear information to customers and not make extreme clients. And if an hour of the court is paid for, then this is the hour of the COURT, and not "spin as you want, I want to go home"

There are no questions about the training process, everything is fine. But there is a huge question for the administration. In particular, to the senior administrator Daria.
At that time, I was studying at the academy for 2 months, on a long-term rental of courts with a coach, and expressed a desire to pay, as a legal entity, for these courts until June. I informed the administrator about this on January 25, said that I was ready to pay right now, I need your details and an invoice. I started waiting, so that you would understand, this is done within 30 minutes maximum. A week passes, I come to training, ask about the documents, he says they are not ready yet, we will send them as soon as we do. Another week passes and I finally get the documents sent to the post office. Ie, in total 2 weeks. And they put before the fact, they say, pay today tomorrow, the amount is 1,360 rubles.
I say, wait, so you do the paperwork for 2 weeks, and I have to pay you day in, day out? I'm opening the contract. Reading. Payment is made within two banking days from the MOMENT of SIGNING the act of completed works, I received only scans by mail. I tell Daria that I will not pay day-to-day and will pay the entire amount this week BEFORE training, according to the contract.
To which I heard some unrelated speech, they say, we made concessions to you, payment is made before the 25th, and on the 25th you only said that you were ready to pay as a legal entity. And where is the actual question in this, if I am ready to pay on the 25th? Then she started talking shit on the phone that they were canceling the contract. Girl, who allowed you to talk to customers like that?
In general, I said Daria, I have neither the time nor the desire to argue with you, I want to talk to your management about this situation, to which I get an answer, saying that I am the senior manager here and solve all issues with me. I answer, they say, I have questions specifically about your work, she just mumbles that you decide everything with me. Ie, if you work somehow, should I talk about it with you?
I say that this order does not suit me and I am ready to break off relations with the tennis club.
And as I understand it, the tennis club does not mind losing customers at all, since the administrator Daria works at a height!
And who knows, maybe I'm not the only one.

Terrible organization of the tournament 03.12.2016. It was held in order to collect money from the participants and fill the courts. One judge on 4 courts, the children judged themselves in the end, whoever is more cunning is right. It's cold in the room, they were playing in tracksuits, there's nowhere for the fans to sit down to watch the game. The result is that the child got sick. I do not recommend it to anyone, only one self-promotion on the web.
