I am very disappointed with my visit to the Kalinova Balka Tennis Club. The staff leaves much to be desired. There are regular problems with booking courts, and this is simply unacceptable. Many times I came across the fact that, with confirmed armor, upon arrival at the venue, I was informed that the court was not booked or it was booked for another day. This is not only extremely inconvenient, but also causes dissatisfaction, especially when it happens all the time. The level of service is simply terrible, and apparently no one monitors the quality of the employees' work. I was also extremely disappointed to visit this tennis club. The situation that shocked me happened when I asked for water after a workout. I was rudely refused, explaining that the water was provided only for the club staff. This is absolutely unacceptable! Everywhere in sports clubs and fitness centers, water should be available to all customers, especially after physical exertion. This attitude towards visitors is simply outrageous, and I don't understand how you can so neglect the basic amenities for people who pay for the club's services.
