I am a regular customer of the Beauty Theorem salon. Convenient location of the salon, excellent specialists. But, unfortunately, nothing good can be said about the management of this salon, which does not value regular customers and its reputation. The prices for cosmetic procedures on the site are the same, in fact the cost is much higher. So I overpaid 50 Belarusian rubles. When I clarified the reason for the increase in cost, they explained to me that the programmer was to blame for everything, the price on the site was incorrect and the management would figure it out. According to the law "on consumer protection", the cost of the service indicated on the website is a public offer and it should not change.

Hello I leave an honest impression and a review! I've been going to deep bikini waxing in another place for the third month now, and I got to this salon because I needed to do it urgently, but it was close and I took a chance. I'll start with a good one. The atmosphere is favorable, pleasant staff and a master. And now how the procedure went. I came, undressed, lay down on the couch, the master applied antiseptic, sprinkled with powder. And here it is the moment of applying wax, I am waiting. The work took place without gloves. The master takes a wax cartridge and puts it on a bikini, it's terribly unpleasant 🥺 The wax was applied to the same place three times, it's a tin, even the first time I came to this procedure, it didn't hurt so much. In places, the wax was applied with a finger🙄 Result: the hair was not completely removed after all the manipulations, terrible irritation 😠 I would like to be indicated that you use a katridge when removing hair, I will not come here anymore (((

The administration decided that they would not accept the cream promo code, because they did something else there that was not on the cream (although I was looking for this service and found it) As a result, they made a "postponement" and accepted the code, I will definitely not return here again and will not advise others! Don't go if you don't want to be deceived. _______ I answer your stupid answer: I was registered for carboxy, I hear about some kind of care for the first time, if the cosmetologist did it to me additionally, then why didn't she tell me about it? I didn't ask to leave, there's no need to lie, don't go any lower… I didn't ask for a consultation either, your cosmetologist herself started asking questions about care and we had a conversation about care. At the checkout, you still argued with me, claiming that my record does not work on cream, because the cosmetologist decided to use another drug. I had a manicure at Anna Govar's today. The master did a painful manicure with cuticle trauma with a cutter and a file. She did not respond to requests not to saw the surface of the nail plate and not to HURT. The request to give antiseptics was rejected twice. When I expressed my complaints to the administrator, Anna Govar raised her voice and said, "don't the stars come together??!!" Is this a normal employee attitude? If she is rude and does not hear the client, then let her go wash the entrances, and not work as a manicure master!

I just had a haircut from the master Olga Kotikova. I asked to cut about 5 cm. Before that, the back of the hair was not the same length, slightly rounded on the sides. It was cut in 15 minutes. I didn't see it myself right away, I came home, my mother said from the doorway that it was crooked. Bottom line: not only did they not keep their shape (well, not a big problem yet), it's just crooked!!! The middle is shorter, the sides are longer!

I made large strips, the work took no more than 15 minutes - the result was terrible. For such work, it is necessary to return the money and compensate for the moral damage caused.

I was there twice, please, shortening the haircut, just not the SQUARE, because the hair is not obedient, but apparently other haircuts do not know how. In the process of cutting, I say that I did not want it that way, that I did not need such a haircut, the master replies that it is much better and beautiful and convenient and again I have a square, yes short, yes almost bald from behind, and on the sides everything is in different directions and hanging in my face. In short, to everyone who wants a square, come here, if the haircut is different, avoid it.

Manicure (gel coating) disappointed, the master apparently did not study anything else except for some courses, the nail growth zone on the sides was spoiled, the gel was placed crookedly. The lamp is dirty and small, and it is very uncomfortable to sit, the table is not manicured. For some reason, they didn't even have cobwebs to decorate the nail. I'm not going to spoil my nails here anymore, but I probably will get a haircut.
