When we booked the place, it was said that it was absolutely necessary to place an order from the bar and kitchen, we arrived and did so, but we were told that we definitely needed to order a hot dish for the company, not for one person, in general, the most expensive menu that was there. There was no such thing in the phone call when booking. The dialogue with the employee of this complex was not pleasant. This is the first time I've encountered this!!!! The cleanliness was 2/5, the bath itself was 3/5. I don't recommend it.

The receptionist is very rude, it ruined the impression right away.
We wanted to order pizza and a beer set — this is not enough, you must definitely take a hot dish for the company. The prices of food and drinks are incredibly high.
The bathhouse itself did not meet expectations either: the exterior is excellent, but everything inside is outdated. The water in the faucet is barely flowing. They didn't even get into the pool, the water is covered with a greasy film.
