The cafe is next to the parking lot, it looks quite decent. A child saw pancakes on an advertising sign - I want them! I want pancakes!
We went in and looked at the menu - it's been varied for a long time. There were a lot of people for a long time - the dishes looked delicious.
We ordered food, and I went with the child to wash my hands in the toilet - I don't even remember seeing such filth. Well, okay…
They brought the first one - there are no questions, delicious borscht, excellent hodgepodge. Well, I think at least we'll eat tasty and fast, that's exactly what you always want when traveling. But that was the end of the first one. The pancakes were brought to the child clearly warmed up and absolutely inedible. Draniki are darkness, half-baked in rancid oil. The menu has a name like potato pies with meat, but in fact it's a liver instead of minced meat, and it's clumsily cooked. The horror! It's bitter and not tasty!
But the highlight of it all was, the homeless man was drunk and smelly, half drunk. He would come into the kitchen in his smelly clothes, or he would take out some leftovers in frozen food containers from there across the hall. And then another homeless friend came to him, with whom they were chatting on both sides of the bar.

The service leaves much to be desired. We are all in a hurry, we all want to come, order and have a quick meal. If something is not in the kitchen, you will find out in 20 minutes, having received a part of the dish before that, and in the end it will be cold.
As a result: after 20 minutes, the cutlets arrived, they found out that there was no side dish and offered to replace it.
We got our salad in 40 minutes, and potatoes in 50 minutes. However, only 2 out of 4 people saw some of their dishes. We saw how other visitors had the same situation and they left. That's what we did. When explaining the reasons, they began to aggressively argue with us and say that we were only waiting for the dish for no more than 20 minutes and it would be better for us to shut up. Very long service, a complete mess in the order line, may bring the same dishes earlier to those who come later. If you get into rush hour, then they can't cope with the influx at all. The food is average, then we tried similar dishes in other places, the comparison is not in favor of this cafe. If there are no other places, then you can have lunch, but you need to be patient.

Disgusting. The restaurant across the street was closed and we had to look for another place, everyone was very hungry and tempted by the pancakes on the menu. All the food was carried for a very, very long time. Caesar salad is a purely table level with Peking cabbage, Poshekhon cheese, full-sized tomatoes and a vague sauce. Draniki gloom - there is something to compare it with, it was three sticky tortillas on a plate with no salt, pepper and spreading butter. The borscht could not be warmed properly, the potatoes in it were cold.
In general, the level of the establishment is purely a dining room, then there would be no complaints, but the price tag is like a restaurant.

Shawarma 2/5 - without sauce, served in a strange paper bag, it is inconvenient to eat, the shawarma itself is wrapped clumsily, after a couple of minutes it turns into porridge due to an overabundance of juiciness. The meat, apparently, is not cut off from the spit, as it is usually done, but simply put in pieces, in places it is hard to chew.
Latte 3/5 - coffee is not felt, milk tastes like it was put dry.
Pizza margarita 1/5 is simply inedible. Probably the most disgusting pizza I've ever eaten. Greasy, thick, the dough is not fluffy, dark in places. Tomatoes and cheese are absolutely not felt, everything is doused with sweet and sour sauce, which is completely out of place there.
Room 5/5 is beautiful, comfortable, there is music.
Service 3/5 - cooking takes longer than in other places. The menu is modest. There are only a couple of napkins on the table, for 4 people you have to drag them from neighboring tables, as if it's a pity to put more.
