They pull as much as possible and do not fulfill their duties. When working with a client, they begin to resent that we with our cars, load them with work, and almost refuse services. The most unpleasant people, the most lax attitude, the most risky way to make documents on time working with them. I had to deal with them due to the lack of alternatives and the possibility to change the declarants. We will definitely not work with them further, and we highly recommend that those who decide to use their services do not work. Because the client's time, money and nerves are an empty sound to them, they have their own business there in phones and solitaire games, but they do not care about you in any way. The last situation killed when they simply forgot to submit customs documents... And the logical question is, how so??! The answer. We have a shortened day, we are not up to it =).
