The food is normal, the service is good, the interior is pleasant. There are several different zones, which is very convenient. But!! The most annoying thing is that the Internet works well only in one zone. And this, of course, was unpleasantly surprised, if it is stated that there is Wi-Fi, then I could not even imagine that I would have to run around the hall with a laptop, the dislocations were changed 4 times. We chose a quiet place to have a snack and work at the same time, made an order and oops!! There is almost no connection. Okay, we'll relocate with all the things a little further away, but we're almost on the way. Sat down again, made an order and? Of course there is no normal signal. And again we are looking for another table (Iii, the same thing again, we go to look again, but now thanks to the waitress, another one suggested where to move.

My friend and I came for lunch. The waitress took our order as impolitely and rudely as possible and, despite the fact that there were many positions, did not write them down anywhere. As it turns out, it is generally not on the menu, no one cooked it and the waitress just forgot. And she didn't even warn us that not all items from the menu are available

There were cheesecakes for the child in the order, she asked to exclude maple syrup. The wait time the waiter said was 15 minutes. However, after 30 minutes, we were served cheesecakes drizzled with maple syrup. Of course, we were offered to redo the dish and wait another 30 minutes. How do I explain to a 2-year-old child why his parents will eat and he still has to wait half an hour?
This is an outrage! A person may have an allergy, and you will bring a dish with the ingredient that you asked to exclude? What if it's an ingredient that's not visible from the outside? The terrible attitude of the administrator, who just brought a book of complaints and didn't even ask what happened, not to mention that it was possible to at least try to solve the problem somehow.
By the way, my entry in the complaint book was the first, which is probably why no one is going to resolve controversial issues, they changed the book and I don't care.
I have loved Terra with all my heart for many years, but I doubt that I will continue to visit, fortunately nowadays there is a wide range of places where you can have a great time and have a delicious meal!
And by the way, the mint in the portion of cheesecakes for the child was rotten. 🤦🏻♀️

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the hot dishes. On Sunday afternoons we go as a family with children. When ordering carbonara pasta and syake chizuke soup, they realized that the cook had a bad day, it can be cooler in the dining room. The salad and children's menu turned out to be super!

I visited TerraPizza a few years ago on Uruchye. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either.
Six months ago, I moved to the lebyazhego district and first of all went to a restaurant.
What was my surprise when I realized that terrapica on the Winners had become a model for many establishments in Minsk. We visit the restaurant once or twice a week.
The food is very good. Yes, of course, there is always something to grow, but both the serving and the taste of the dishes are strong 4.5 points out of 5. I especially liked coffee and donuts, delicious Thai beef and fried sushi.
The design is in the usual style as in uruchye. The only thing I would like is softer sofas.
The waiters deserve special attention - they really work at a height. They are always polite, attentive, sociable, and work on customer service. It's always nice to come in.
