We went to breakfast. I liked the place as a whole, pleasant waiters, delicious food. The only thing was, we were sitting not far from the kitchen and the cook was apparently cleaning the equipment from something and banging for 5 minutes with iron utensils, which caused irritability to appear. But after the remark, the noise was eliminated. I'm shooting a star for this.

Very long service, impolite waiters who do not consider it necessary to inform the customer that soy sauce with wasabi does not go with the rolls and they need to be additionally purchased. During the 30 minutes of waiting, only a milkshake was brought. Apparently this is the norm in this institution. The food itself tastes pretty standard, there is no wow taste. It would be nice to work on the design.

I've been going to this place for six months now and I come out in a great mood every time. Incredibly pleasant atmosphere, delicious food, excellent waiters, and most importantly, just a bombastic matcha latte :) Of the waiters, I especially want to mention Victoria, Nikita, Arthur, Ekaterina, Alexey, Yuri, Roman and Veronica; they are the ones who create this atmosphere and mood! Feedback from a regular customer. 08/16/12 I wanted to have dinner with my family at a restaurant at 83 Nezavisimosti Ave. We arrived at about 20:20. We sat down at a table on the terrace. We immediately received the menu. We clearly understood what we wanted, so the choice of dishes took 5 minutes. After 20 minutes, we managed to tell the waiter that we were ready to place an order (we were just passing by, pretending not to be up to us). At the next table, the situation was similar (people came later than us). As a result, after another 15 minutes, we left without making an order. There were not very many customers (the workload of the waiters was low). It is a pity that the institution has ceased to be customer-oriented and you need to be persuaded to earn some money!

I really like it! The food is delicious, the prices are average. We have already tried different pizzas, beef steak, chicken rolls - everything is fine! I was also very pleased with the dessert (Napoleon), I accidentally saw a negative review about him - I completely disagree with him. I came here for lunch one day and fell in love. Now I visit this place regularly. Great atmosphere and interior, you feel very cozy. In my opinion, this is one of the best coffees in the city. We were with a friend at an institution in the evening. We ordered rolls. So not only were they made for more than an hour!!!!, which the waiter did not warn about when ordering, but also when they were brought, it felt like they were cooked by a person who did it for the first time in his life (which turned out to be not far from the truth, as we later found out). The rolls were of completely different sizes, the fish was peeling off the outside. So the long wait wasn't worth it. Perhaps if a permanent dryer worked, the impressions would be more pleasant.

It's also very clean. I ordered pizza and dessert. The pizza is delicious, but the dessert is absolutely not. Although it costs 8p and the serving is beautiful, but there is no taste. The cream seems to be made of nothing, it has no taste at all. The prices here are really above average, not to say that even the pizza is worth it. We were there a couple of days ago. We wanted to order food and drinks. The waitress came 20 minutes after we sat down at the table. The waiting time for the dishes was 40 minutes. Since we had limited time, we settled on drinks. We waited for drinks for 40 minutes! The neighboring tables, which took orders much later than ours, had already received drinks during that time, which they safely drank and brought food. We were still sitting alone, even without a glass of water in the 30 degree heat. During this time, the waitress passed by our table twice, we called out to her, but she never responded. It's like we never existed. As a result, we left without our order. There was another waiter at the counter at the exit and she was there. We were the first to say goodbye to them, the young man politely said goodbye to us, and the waitress just looked at us. This employee has zero motivation to work with clients.
