A very interesting phenomenon. This is the first time I've encountered this. Probably, the waiters for this institution are trained to carefully look for dirt on the cups.
The waiting time from the lunch menu is 40 minutes. The waiter couldn't even answer what kind of fish is used in sushi according to the cooking method. A separate story is the invoice for the order. You can wait half your life for him. In my case, the bill had to wait more than half an hour, the waiters have to call themselves. The waiters' skill level is zero. If it was possible to put -10 for the service, we would be happy to do it. Don't waste your time, there are places nearby with more pleasant service.
